My career started in Shenzhen China, where I worked as a full-stack developer building e-commerce, real estate, and enterprise solutions. I then joined Aoba Business Consulting, where I helped design secure ERP and CRM platforms for manufacturing firms like Emerson Electronic Ltd.
From there, I transitioned into EdTech leadership as Tech Director at a Shenzhen-based LMS company. Over six years, I led a cross-functional team of developers, AI specialists, and engineers to create an AI-driven coding education platform now used in more than 50 schools. Alongside leading R&D strategy and product architecture, I authored 30+ programming practice booklets to support internal training and mentored young developers into future leaders.
Most recently, I have worked as a consultant with LazyAnts in Frankfurt, focusing on AI-powered EdTech platforms similar to Codecademy. I have also built a successful track record as a freelancer and freelance team lead on platforms like Upwork, Wellfound, and LinkedIn, delivering mobile apps, websites, and enterprise systems with remote teams of developers, designers, DevOps engineers, data scientists, and marketers.
Today, I split my time between Germany and Hong Kong, collaborating with innovative teams and contributing to projects that push the boundaries of AI, EdTech, and scalable software systems.
